Insurance Sales Agent

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. This role offers exceptional growth potential and high earning opportunities for driven professionals.

Responsibilities

Use a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options.
Develop personalized marketing strategies and generate reliable referral programs.
Meet sales quotas through effective communication and relationship-building.
Provide quotes for multiple products and tailor solutions to meet individual client needs.

Requirements

Strong interest in the insurance industry with a focus on sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Prior sales experience preferred.
Must be Property and Casualty licensed (or willing to obtain).
Must be Life and Health licensed (or willing to obtain).

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay: $19-$25 per hour (depending on experience) + Commission.
