Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you are passionate about helping clients and providing exceptional service, this is an excellent opportunity for a rewarding career with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to answer inquiries and provide information about insurance products.
Assist clients with policy updates, billing questions, and general support.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in the insurance industry and customer support.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Must obtain insurance license

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay: $19-$25 per hour (depending on experience) + Commission.
