Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree from UCLA, Dakota hold licensing in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health. Growing up in a family of entrepreneur, Dakota experience first hand on how to build businesses from ground up. From real estate, to on-line businesses, to insurance and financial services organization, Dakota not only was involved with operation, sales and marketing but also develop strategies to maintain success in all these endeavors. As the CEO of Ustaffed, Dakota's vision is to provide a consistent, high performing level of staffing and coaching services to insurance professionals, helping agencies to succeed at optimal level.

Taylor Muth

CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in pshycology at UCSC, Taylor is no stranger to the insurance and financial services world since childhood as she watch her parents won annual awards for their performance in the industry. Working side by side with Dakota, Taylor is instrumental in identifying and recruitng talents as well as implementing programs for Ustaffed continued success.

A veteran in the insurance and financial services industry, Yuka is the coordinator of all contracts and billings. She understands the importance of budgeting and have no hesitation in working with our clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and strategies to maximize the return on their investment

Responsible in managing our virtual assistant team and overall result, Nhat is the go to person for production result, service request and performance evaluation. He is skilled in all facets of insurance support to include lead generation, social media marketing, sales and operation process.

With multi-state licenses and extensive industry experience, Chloe is a top-performing producer for leading Property & Casualty insurance carriers, including Allstate, Geico, and State Farm. Her deep expertise spans both systems and production. As a Ustaffed coach, Chloe has played a pivotal role in analyzing and restructuring numerous agencies. She is known for her hands-on approach—mentoring both new and seasoned team members to elevate their performance. Chloe remains actively involved in operations and sales to stay sharp and up to date with industry trends.
